The registration fee includes the following services:
• admission to sessions,
• pdf version of program & abstract book,
• refreshments during coffee breaks, 20-21-22 May
• lunch, 20-21-22 May
• welcome cocktail reception- on the 19th May
• prices include 21,26% VAT.

The registration fee does NOT include the Networking Dinner on  21st of May. 
The price of the dinner is 67 EUR which needs to be booked and paid in advance.
The fee includes the followings: 
• transfer to and from the venue
• welcome drink upon arrival
• generous buffet dinner
• 3-hour unlimited drink package with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• 21,26% VAT
