Abstract submission for poster presentations is available until March 15.

The registration fee includes the following services:
• admission to sessions,
• pdf version of program & abstract book,
• refreshments during coffee breaks, May 20-21-22
• lunch, May 20-21-22
• welcome cocktail reception- on the May 19
• prices include 21,26% VAT.
The registration fee does NOT include the Networking Dinner on May 21.
The price of the dinner is 67 EUR which needs to be booked and paid in advance.
The fee includes the followings:
• transfer to and from the venue
• welcome drink upon arrival
• generous buffet dinner
• 3-hour unlimited drink package with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• 21,26% VAT
